We have had this anenome for about a week now. He has been changing shape/color almost constantly. But about 30 minutes ago he started to look really BAD. Is he dying?

    Here is him looking nice

Looks like he is deflating but not melting. The foot still looks like its solid so its not dead yet. Probably not much you can do if your water parameters are in order. If the arms start to look like melting wax that denigrates when you touch it then it needs to be removed from your tank asap.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
The oral opening is gaping and I see mesenterial filaments.

Not the best signs of a healthy anemone.

Check parameters, monitor for a detectable ammonia and keep an eye on it.

    Condy are fairly hardy.

    thank you...looking better?

Noticed that the Ammonia levels were a bit high so did a small water change and now he is starting to look better. I'm thinking he should be ok? What causes him to do that?

    Welcome to 3reef BTW.

Detectable ammonia levels in a SW system with inverts is something that needs to be corrected asap and monitored to make sure that the biological filter is able to keep up with the current bio-load.

I suspect your anemone was exhibiting stress related to a decline in water conditions.
