Is my HOB skimmer working right?

    I have a aqua euro Usa HOB skimmer. It seems to work really good when i do a water change or even top off my tank. But after about 3 days the bubbles stop gathering at the top and nothing is being pushed up into the catch cup. I Have tried pushing the cup down further but it dose not do anything.

    Is it still doing its job if there is no foam being pushed up into the catch cup? I have tried contacting customer service but have not been able to reach anybody.

    whats the deal with this thing? Its making me crazy.

    did you buy it used, check to see if it needs a good cleaning, perhaps something is obstructing the flow?
