I bought a healthy red and grey (I believe. It doesn't look the same anymore.) Rock Anemone last week. I floated it in the bag for an hour and drip acclimated it for 2 hours. Right after I put it in the tank, it immediately changed color to dark brown where the red used to be and light brown everywhere else. It still looks the same as when I first put it in the tank last week. I know it's not dead because it closes itself occasionally (Not sure why it does that) and opens back up.

Can someone help me out here?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Most likely your lighting made it appears as though the anemone was a different coloration. Anemones do not change coloration swiftly, put it under the same lighting it was under and it will appear red and grey again.

Anemones typically exchange water/fluid. This remove bi-products of metabolism/waste and assist in gas exchange. This is a normal behavior by Anemones.

As always an image is a big help with trouble shooting.
