I am plumbing a return line for my prop tank and am using 3/4" Loc-Line threaded to a 3/4" Threaded Tee and 3/4" Threaded 90. Should I use Teflon Tape for the threaded joint or will it affect water chemistry? This will be partially submerged.

I used teflon tape to do the exact same thing. Been in the tank for a couple of months now and I haven't noticed any problems or changes in my params.

I don't think it will cause any problems.

I have used it for years, with no issues. Should be just fine

Yes it is listed by ANSI/NSF as "suitable for contact with foodstuffs".
That being said I much prefer the Laco PlastoJoint sticks. They are designed specifically for lubricating and sealing PVC joints and its awesome stuff. My swimming pool pumps and plumbing were installed with it in 1983 in direct sunlight in Phoenix AZ and to this day almost 30 years later the joints are still drip tight and the stuff is pliable. Amazing product!
You can get them at Lowes or HD or any ACE Hardware, it may be their brand but its the same and does not tear or push out like teflon tape or dope. I have a sticky thread on this and many forums on Bulkhead Installation Tips detailing the correct installation and sealing of bulkheads and plumbing.
