Red my post above this one. I have been VERY happy with my system aside from the initial skimmer pump failures. Red Sea overnight aired a new unit and I am still hosting perfect water qaulity as my tank is now going on 6 weeks. 80lbs of live rock of course the helps the system as well, but I feel the system is a VERY good system for what it does! It looks great and does it's job as advertised thus far. Hope this helps.

You wouldn't want anemones in a 6 week old tank

The rsm is a great looking system. I am very impressed with the design of them. the only problem I have with them is the fact that I like to tinker with my own systems.

Indeed no anemones in the tank, just the cleaner crew and 80lbs of live Kupang Rock. As much as my boy wants his "Nemo's" and anemone, we are months away from this!

Normally, I am not a fan of the all in one packages. But the RSM is one of the better ones I have seen out there.

I was thinking about getting a little 6g picotope (JBJ) for my desk. No fish....just a few light forgiving corals.

when I upgraded from my small tank to my RSM250 (which I love btw) my gold stripe maroon clown and it's green BTA anemone went in there right away, but then again I used as much from the old tank as I could.
And if you think you can't tinker and mod the 250, think again !
dufresne has done amazing things to his !
