Yeah that's a good one. I used to have that one in your link on my old 29 gallon, sold to a guy at work, he says it's working great on his overly stocked 46 gallon.

I ran a Remora on my original 45 gallon. It worked pretty well. It was finicky before I got my sump, but as long as your water level is consistent, it is a pretty good skimmer.

Is there better out there, well... of course, but not for the price. It is a good solid skimmer that I have no problem recommending to anyone.

Thanks a lot! My LFS told me it was a good quality protein skimmer that they used on all of their tanks and their tanks are phenomenal! So i just wanted to look into it more just to make sure. I'm definitively getting it.

I run one on my 55g with the preskimmer box and mj1200,I have been very happy with it,I do wish it pulled a thicker skimmate.Mine pulls a decent wet skimmate, but no real adjustment other than cup height, which on mine is not enough.Overall though,i've been very pleased with it's preformance for the money.
