Have seeded with LA Chaeto which had a ton of stuuf in it, 25 copepods from LA, phytoplankton 9, another phyto thing, and reef bugs! Anything else anyone has heard of?

Phytoplankton is flora (plant life), zooplankton is fauna.

Check out ReefCleaners. They sell a large (1000ct) mixed bag of amphipods/copepods.

Copeopods from chaeto should be good. You can buy copeopods separately, although many of the ones sold are not well suited to our systems and will not reproduce well in aquariums. If there are ones living in your chaeto, they are likely species which will reproduce, so, I tend to think it's a better way to seed your system :)
