Is there a timer that is programmable down to the second??

    Is there a timer that is programmable down to the second??
    Does such a beast exist? If so - where can I find one?

    You'd think there would be some demand for such a thing... But I cannot find one.

    Why you need a timer to be so specific? Wouldn't hour and minutes be just as good?

    I'm guessing you want to use it as a timer for powerheads, and use it as a wave maker?

    I want to use it with an Aqualifter for dosing 2 part.
    a 'poor man's' dosing setup.
