if it was me i would ditch the sally lightfoot, i don't recall them being reef/fish safe but in the end it's up to you.

I would do 1 more skunk so there is 3 in the 120, I'm anti- sally lightfoots had some friends with horror stories relating to them, also I don't usually use serpant stars but have friends with them and no issues, I also have quit using turbo snails, got sick of them knocking things over in my tanks, I keep 2 in my 24 gallon that I can transfer to another tank if their needed for some kind of outbreak, imo I use a ton of blue leg/red leg hermits and cerith snails I have 100 of each in my 90 gallon with 1 emerald crab, 3 skunks and 2 peppermints for a cleanup crew, if you want a cool star that is functional look for a red thorny they blow serpants away as far as looks they do a good job on cleanup as well

I'd take the sally lightfoot back. I've heard from every lfs around here they can catch fish and aren't really reef safe.

I'd add a few snails I think - I have about 35 snails in my 30 gallon. When I get my 75 up and running I'll probably have closer to 50-60 in there, some are in my sump and the rest are in the DT. I have a combination of Nassarius, Cerith, Trochus, Turbo, Planaxis, and Margaita snails. Oh, and I also have 3 fighting conch.

Cool. On top of the snails, I also have about 10 hermit crabs, a combination of bue and red legged. I would go for at least a variety of 80 snails if I were you, and increase the number of hermits.

also don't forget some fish can be used as a member of a functional cleanup crew, most gobies are great additions as well as some wrasses

You are missing Cerith snails, most important part of the cleanup crew

I have had a good experience with sally-lightfoots and many people I know have too. I've heard that a couple species go under the name sally-lightfoot, so that may be the reason. I have two serpent stars that I'm getting rid of because they hunted my Nassarius Snails.
