Is this a Bad idea? 8 Gal Biocube Ideas!

I have my old 8 gal biocube sittin here on the stand cycling and i want to do a cool like invert tank. my idea (this is where i want some feedback) is to get a single decorator crab and put him in there. maybe throw some free floating mushrooms and some loose zoanthids in there and make him a beautiful little coral coat >.<

The LPS where i work has a small one about 3 inches in diameter and he is already growing some algae on his limbs. i think for me as an employee discount i would pay like $4 for him, so its not gonna break the bank or anything lol.

If you have anyother cool invert only tank ideas let me know!

also we do have a pair of harlequin shrimp. i can get chocolate chips for $3 with my discount but idk thats a big commitment.

We just caught the 3 1/2 foot bristle worm that has been feasting in the 240 gal display reef tank for 6 years. maybe i could throw him in there!! lol it is SO ugly.

 

Any of those ideas could work. I had a really cool orange decorator for a while, he was quite a character and he loved the orange zoas LOL. Even a pair of cleaner shrimp would be entertaining in a small tank like that.

 

That sounds really cool. I think a good idea would also be like a macro algae planted tank.

The only invert would be the crab, so how is it an invert tank?
