One thing that might be helpful is that it's skeleton is branched out like a hammer or a torch coral. Our specimen is about 4" wide and 5" tall and very long, maybe 6" and much like a torch coral its skeleton grows into a point like a torch coral.

When I first saw it I thought lobo too. Although it looks like it has had some die off.

Alright thanks. I was wondering if it could be a pineapple coral. I looked up lobo, It isnt flat on the bottom at all. The hard base is like a hammer corals base. Ya, its had some die off. I am going to feed it tonight. I did all the acclimation last night, so feed tonight.
Could it be a Red Blastomussa Coral, also know as Branched Cup Coral or Swollen Brain Coral?
I appreciate the help with the IDs. Lobo requires target feeding and the red blastomussa requires plankton. I just dont want to make it worse.

I have blastos and they clump together, yours are seperated like a frogspawn. And when mine do have a space in between they are multiplying around a large one.

It looks like a tooth coral. This was sold to me as a tooth coral. It has a skeleton similar to a hammer.
