Is this a good deal for dry rock?

Local guy has 150 lbs of extra rock he's not using that he wants $300 for. He says it's Marco, base, and some tonga. He's also treated all of it already with bleach.

looks like some decent stuff and that only comes out to be $2/lb so no thats not a bad deal at all.

if it were me though I'd offer him $280 and see if he'll bite lol, but I'm cheap

 

Looks like a good deal also. At $2 a pound you can't go wrong not to mention no shipping charges to add with it. If you need it go for it.

 

if it was treated with bleach dont add it straight to the tank.
