Is this a good deal on a Reef Octopus skimmer?

Am in the process of setting up a 180g FOWLR reef tank. I am still working on the tank and stand and haven't researched protein skimmers yet. Don't know anything about this model. But saw this for sale and wondered if I should jump on it. Is $150 a good deal? Should I offer a lower price for it? Thanks for the help! Link is below.
