Is this a good deal on these mushrooms

    so they are asking 30 for this piece of live rock with 18-20 nickel sized to half dollar sized mushrooms. I only bought frags for $5 a piece from stores thus far and i really feel weird about spending so much on 1 coral piece. Do you think this is a good deal? it seems to be to me, i think im just stingy......

    meh nvm prolly not gonna bother with it, just saw another picture and the tank is super messy, plus polyps are alot smaller than i thought they would be (maybe not full size) but still id rather just get some frags i think.

    I personally won't pay for shrooms. Maybe yumas or rics, but otherwise I see all shrooms as pests.

    I love shrooms!So yes,i would pay that for it.The price is good,but some breeds can reproduce quickly,so some consider them a pain.

    How is this strange?

    Shrooms will kill SPS, and they spread so quickly that they can and will take over tanks.

    my local fish store sells them on live rock. only the pretty ones get put on display for sell. everything like hairy, lavender, ricordea mushrooms get put sell by the piece. cheaper mushrooms are sold by the its liverock pound. with is only 2 dollars:D

    I wouldn't pay for mushrooms. Nor would I want money for any I give away (as goes with xenia, anthelia, colt, gsp as far as i'm concerned)
