Today at a flea market I found an acrylic sump.It was about 30 gallons. One side had the prefilter, then bioballs, the other side, about 20 gallons was open.it had the hoses with it and also came with a good sized overflow box.It had two tubes coming off of it,with sponge filters. It was priced at $85 Is this a good deal, could I resell it for more?

I would say it was a good deal. Most complete setups like that I've seen for $200+

You can make a sump from a used aquarium for a lot less. So, not a good deal IMHO.

External overflow boxes are an accident waiting to happen.

I made my 200g tank for 400 dollars. fwiw, I DIY everything I can. A lot of members on 3reef will get a laugh out of your post.

You can drill your own tank for very cheap.
