    well either get the cheap oydssea t5 fixture with crap bulbs,ballasts and reflectors. or get the nova SLR with decent ballasts & bulbs.. either way replacement bulbs are recommend within a few months. ATI blue plus bulbs are a popular blue bulb and have high par ratings.. good luck!
