Yep... It's a good light... IMO;)
But it all depends on the depth of your tanks and what type of corals you would like to keep.

It's on the lower end of T5 fixtures and generally comes with poor bulbs but like said before it depends on your tank and what you want to keep.

If you want better fixtures look into a Sunlight Supply Tek fixture or Aquactinics TX5 for more middle of the road fixtures or ATI/Giesemann fixtures for more top of the line fixtures.

You generally get what you pay for but again it all depends on the specifics. The Tek fixtures are one of the best performance to cost fixtures out there AFAIK just get good bulbs. ATI/UVL are good brands.

As far as Giesemann fixtures go, I have only seen maybe two people with them, so I can't imagine commenting on a fixture that doesn't really have much feedback, I suppose you can assume that since GMann makes good lamps they will make good fixtures but liek the Buddha says, "One can never assume things in life", I do know from talking with Grim Reefer on RC that many of these "higher" end fixtures have had cooling issues....

I would go with a Tek anyday, it is affordable and is well made with quality components.

The NEP isn't really that bad of a fixture and when I have a little more time on my hands again I will definitely test the NEP and add it's values to the PAR thread.
I agree with swapping out the lamps at least the blue ones, the 10,000k aren't too terrible but the blues in MY eyes should be swapped out.
