They actually look like a button polyp but thicker like a toadstool. It has a green mouth in the center.

Now comes the tough part, i have Xenia, shrooms, and a BTA. So butterfly fish would be rulled out, what about a Copper Band Butterfly Fish, aren't they reef safe? Next option is to posion them. or could i just rip them off with tweezers?

    Hey Malachi,
I wouldn't rip them off, you might find they come off harder than you think. They will shrivel up to a nub you could scrap at at best. Then each little piece you miss has the potential to become another little anemone!
I saw some where DR. Foster and Smith or maybe Marine Depot a product called stop aptasia. It is sold with a syringe you have to buy separate or get one from a drug store or diabetic.
You shoot this stuff into the disk and in a while you can then take the anemone off clean with no traces.
    DISCLAIMER:
I have never used this product and do not know how well it works but I have seen it and was just letting you know about it.
I had a problem with these anemones. I tried the hot water syringe method this DID NOT work well at all!
I wish you well with them and hope this helps

I use a 50%/50% mixture of hot water and muriatic acid. Works lika a charm on aiptasia. 2 years of expeirence and no harm to the tank.

Others are professing great results with Joes Juice.

    You have several options, eh?
