So I bought this guy from my LFS and have a very very limited amount of info on anemones... I keep the water quality good and have a high flow of water and the anemone has turned from white to a light brown (a good thing from what I understand) but it has never looked as healthy as it did at the store...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWn1ldc5ZZE

It seems to be healthy. If it's been in the tank any less than a week or two it'll still be adjusting, anemones are pretty sensitive. The color change is good, since it's getting darker. You just don't want it to move closer to white.

I'm not an expert on anemones, so you probably want a second opinion.

That anemone looks happy and healthy. When we buy them they are all bleached out and borderline healthy.Thats why many dont make it.Your clown has hosted it and thats in its favor for health.

My mistake. That is what it looks like right now. I'm just worried about it since it was white a week ago and hasn't looked that great.

If color is regaining then it's doing much better than at the store, it's repopulating its tissues with zooxanthellae. What type of lighting is it under now? Sebaes need fairyly intense lighting to thrive. You may need to manually feed your anemone pieces of krill and silversides for it to fully recover. Many tank raised clowns will host anemones, but do not understand they need to feed it, and will often steal food away if allowed to. My maroon does this and my ocellaris that recently died, did as well. I kept them away with a net while the anemone was eating.
