Is this chemical warfare?

    My Blue waving hands seem to be having a partial issue, the side closest the Plate coral and the GSP is unhappy it seems, further away they are OK and look normal, but the side close to these other corals is all pulled in and tight, I heard of chemical warefare, but I don't know what animals do it.

    Will ain't that something! This little issue brought a huge problem out in the open, In looking for a place to relocate the blue waving hand, I seen I have no sand left, its all covered with rock, I don't even have the room to find a better place for him and here I was bragging about how I got 90lbs of live rock in the little tank. Guess I will need to upgrade, :D

    yes many corals have sweeper corals, or are just a nuisance to other corals which is why often times you see colonies of coral half open half closed. its really the only time you see it its a telltale sign of chemical warfare.
