    I havent added anything new to my rank in a while, this crab just showed up outa nowhere a couple of weeks ago, he's pretty big about 3 inches. I dont know if i'll be able to get him out, he's fast as hell

    how does a 3in crab just SHOW UP lol
    he had to be living in the rock so id asume hes reef safe.

    looks kinda like a gorilla crab to me. I wouldn't chance it. I would def. get rid of it.

    Last time i added live rock was in december, i observe my tank carefully and i've never seen him before, i rearranged my rock many times since then. He digs under the rocks and hides in the sand. I've never seen him go near any corals or attack anything. He eats the food that i drop in the tank. Im just scared for my fish, he might decide to grab a midnight snack when theyre resting lol

    I would say that it is not reef safe! See the claws...

    I like him!
    Can't tell you if he's reef safe or not but it looks like his claws are pretty dull. He sure is an awesome little fellow.
