My tank has been running for almost a year now. I have seen nothing growing on the back wall except some coraline algae since i started the tank. Recently i have been seeing some Hair Algae, i believe growing on the back wall? I recently lost my Bicolor Blenny and am wondering if since he is gone it has started to grow? He used to swim along the wall and pick at it, which i assume he was eating algae. I have also heard that blennys will slowly starve because they are herbivorous and do such a good job eating algae? Anyway here are some pics and would like some input on what to do and if it is an issue? I am running SeaChem SeaGel which is a carbon and phosphate control media and change it once a month. And the algae is not on any of my rocks, glass, sand or powerheads?
    Thanks

You don't have any clean-up crew that eats nuisance macroalgae?

You could get another blenny but be sure to supplement it with some sheets of nori or something.

If you've seen any of your snails eating it, you could get some more of the same snails. That would be the easiest solution, as lots of CUC members only eat a few of the algaes, not all of them.
