Ya looks like ich kinda hard to tell for me. And I would wait on the fish. snails are Ok as inverts are not able to catch parasites.

One thing I forgot to tell you about in the other thread was fresh water dips. That's the only way to remove the parasites from the fish. All other ways just kill them. I have never done a FW dip on a clown only on Angels tangs but may be worth looking in to. Also ich starts as free floating in the water Colome so if u do do a FW dip I highly recommend a WC and filter change at the same time (filter sock, or sponge)

ICH becomes free floating only after the cysts fall off the fish and hatch. Which happens in the sand bed, rock work, tank walls ect, ect. The ICH your seeing on the fish are pregnant. Otherwise the parasite goes unseen as it burrows into the fish to feed.
I would remove the fish from your DT fast. As it will infect it. The parasite can live up to 60 days without a host. Yet will continue going through it's cycle. Do not add any other fish. I personally allowed my tank to go fishless for 2 months after having lost 4 fish. This is called fallowing and the only sure way to rid the tank of the parasite.
By removing your fish with visible ICH your removing the entire parasite from your tank. You can then treat your fish. There are several known treatments but IMO the best and safest way is with Hyposalinity. Second would be Constant Transfer. And last would be Copper Treatment. None of which should be done in your display tank.

When I get Ich I never remove the fish. It is almost impossible. How are we susposed to catch the fish? Yes he is in a nano. Then set up a new tank? Most the time just keep tank up to spec. Fw dip and your good. Also I have never heard it is a 60 day cycle for ich

Today my clown is clean? (no white spots) is it possibe to shake off ich this quickly? his food is garlic based so he has a good immune system, I think I should still treat anyway?
