is this LED system good?

    Rite Lite 20 LED Light Tube System, 4 Tubes w/ 5 LEDs in Each. its at home depot. it says the bulbs are 4 watts each. they will be on my 10 gallon. what corals can i grow with this?

    Ok well ill forget about the leds then. how bout a single t5 bulb that is 21" 20watts? it will be on my 10 gallon which already has a 9 bulb led strip with 2 watts each
