Neither of them would be enough to keep much in a 60g cube. Look into the apollo LED's, a whole lot cheaper and a whole lot more powerful.

That depends on what you really want to keep. A 120w LED fixture in general would allow you to keep whatever you want in a 60g cube. I would go with at least 100w considering the 24" depth.

The K stands for Kelvin, that is relative to the color temperature of the light, in general a 20'000k light will be more blue while a 10'000k light will be a crisp white or even slightly yellow.

You could break it down even further to the point of looking at the brand of LED in each brand of fixture or each LED kit, but in general, if you want to keep fairly light demanding corals, you will need at least 100w to get decent spread over a 24"square and still have enough light at the 24" depth. The fixtures which employ Cree LED's are in general more efficient and have a higher output per watt but they will also cost quite a bit more than the fixtures with Bridgelux(FEDY), or Luxeon LED's.
