Is this some sort of eggs.. maybe?

I havent cleaned my glass in over a week due to my knee being messed up so its hard to get a clear shot. Theres some snails in the area, maybe its snail eggs?

The bursa in my knee got infected somehow giving me knee bursitis. I woke up to a tennis ball size lump on my knee. They are trying different treatments but its looking like ill need to get admitted to the hospital and go on IV antibiotics. If that doesn't work they have to open it up. I haven't missed a day of work in over ten years minus vacations. Guess this messes my track record up :/
