Is this what a durso/overflow should sound like?

Well I got the water level stable (it was flushing)kinda - in sump my drain is only .5 or 1" in waterline. Put a vinyl tubing 1" directly straight down no kinks to my sump. Still very noisey for me @ least. Heres a video :

I FIXED IT - FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO MIGHT BE SEARCHING - AGA OR AQUEON products overflow accessories kit sucks the 3 holes on the "TEE" were making tons of noise -- went to home depot/lowes get a 1.25 tee + 1.25 pvc cut the pvc to make it fit with a cap and used the same 90+strainer and drilled a hole at the top of the cap put a small airline tube and shabam super silent couldn't be happier!
