It's a habit, not an addiction.. Wish me luck!

So I have realized that my smoking is not a addiction, but a habit.

Here is an example, last time I quit smoking (this will make attempt 2) I was good for an entire month. Then, one day on the way to work - I stopped and got a soda. With out thinking about it, I picked up a pack of smokes too and by the time I was in the truck I was already smoking. I did not realize what I was doing until I pulled in at work and realized I had ashes on my shirt...

So here we go..
I have no craving for it - so I put them to rest today.

I smoked my last, and took a "good-bye" pic to remind me.

Cold turkey, starting now.

Bye-Bye Smokes!

 

Good luck with that, I hope you can keep from going back to them! I am so glad I never started!!!

 

Try chantex it worked for me. Didn't even want to quit at first. Only tryed to quit after I was down to 2 smokes a day. Went from 2 packs to 2 smokes. Only down side is you need a perscription.
Anyways Good luck and think happy thoughts, I have quit for 10 months now.

I'm not worried about the craving - I have not had one in a really long time and the only reason i'm smoking is due to habit. So, let's see how my body responds in "The First 48" ..

wish i would have never took this delivery job... customers always complaining about their food being late! its not my fault when i have to take 13 deliveries in an hour and a half! although i did start back up i cant stand the taste of all the chemicals in regular cigarettes so i switched to all natural American Spirits. Anyways enough of my useless rambling, good luck and stay strong!
