Nice Coral, the quickest way to tell if its an acan is ask how much was paid for it, an Acan that size would set you back a ton of money. Last I checked most Acans from reputable dealers were going for anywhere between 15 to 40 dollars a Polyp or head.

I looks more like a type Favia-1, Favia-2 to me, a really healthy one at that!

My GSM Clown hosts my Hammer most days and on others it has been hosting a 4" frilly mushroom.. it gets even weirder is I have a 6 line wrasse that gets right in there with it! has since the day I put them both in the tank, I think they are in love!

Now that's awesome! My clowns won't host anything (although I still haven't added an anemone)... they completely ignore my frogspawn, but have lately expressed interest in my elegance (which is surprisingly doing very well)... hope they don't host the elegance though, they'd be a little rough on it imo.

    Congrats again!

i have a big frilly mushroom i wish my tomato clown never nested in cause it is gone now and the mushroom is now much larger than it was.that toadstool will be mush safer than my mushroom to host
