Oh, wow! That's not far at all. If the place was that close to me I would order off there all at the time. haha

yea :D it would be even better if they accept walk in customers or at least let us pick up the fish that we bought at the facility instead of having to pay for shipping

egg crate + duct tape =

I lost a few fish and got tired of it and didn't like the way egg crate blocked light (it was noticeable to me).

I've had this up for a couple months now. It's held up great and haven't had a fish jump since I put this up. I was initially worried about the tape sticking - but it has done very well. I originally had screen on this, but that wouldn't stick to the tape for very long so I took it off and just used duct tape to cover the holes. Being egg crate (with a built in grid) it was pretty easy to keep the tape straight and all that.

Works very well. I built the whole thing with 1 sheet of egg crate (plus one piece of scrap I had laying around). 1 sheet for a 4 ft tank...

That is the price that his suppliers charge him for one fish. S/H is another $10 because he buys so much at one time. That means the markup is about 200%. Buying fish in pairs is not worth the extra money. Clowns will pair off in time. If you have a male and female dartfish they will pair off as well. You just need to know how to sex them to make sure your not getting two males.

if i don't like how i have the eggrate and two layers off screen, i'm going to try that. Because i really notice a difference in the light loss

But didn't you still spend like 125ish after shipping? Places rip you off on some fish. It is very sad. However, liveaquaria normally has great prices and always has excellent customer service. All in all, you still paid less than most people and got an awesome fish. Good job.
