The black lion fish (voltan ?) get pretty big so it woudl be temporary. I cant remember how large the lunare wrass gets off hand but they are pretty.

Have you thought of a non dwarf angel? Some of them would fit when full size and could probably hang in there.

While we are on the small but annoying fish, electric blue damsels are really pretty and can be mean as #$%^.

Looks good my friend! Don't get a fish that will grow too long or they won't have enough room to swim. 55G is a decent size, but corner tanks use up a lot of liveable area since they are triangular and are taller than normal. I'm sure you know that though. :)

I like blue damsels. I think they will be snacks.

Wonderful, do you love it? I am a bit confused. (I have COMPLETELY ruled out groupers.) Did you say not to get a grouper, and then say you have a panther grouper.

I'm going to look up odonus niger right now =)

i had a panther grouper big mistake dont get it, i love my tank it is so fun i highley recomend the odonus niger over any other trigger except a clown which im getting (YAY!!) and atleast one snowflake eel they are sooo awesome and fun to look at, lion fish make it hard to feed your other fish but you find methods after a while. make sure the lion is the last thing in your tank so your other gusy establish theyre territory

Okay, good advice guys. Yes Gfunk, I too added a grouper years ago when our tank was set up as a FOWLR. What a mistake they grow like Alice in Wonderland - not cool because we didnt educate ourselves to anticipate that.
PackLeader sold us a Fluval FX5 for this tank. It sounds pretty beefy. I am eager to set it up. This cycling stuff is very dull. I have had our other tank up for so long, I forgot how long it takes when you are just staring at rocks and water flow.
I think I am set on a Fu Man Chu. We had our first RARS meeting on Saturday, and I was able to talk to some people about it. That is the only fish so far that is a definate. I have to keep in mind how big things get. You all are right. I also agree that I will put the lion in last.
I need to decide on a puffer. I want something colorful, but not so aggressive that I have to worry about it eating my tank to death.
