Have you ever thought of a Jawfish? I think they are the most adorable little fish :)

If you are interested in the angels I would deff. look into the bellus angel. It is the smallest of the Genicanthus species and one of the prettiest as well. Deff. worth a look.

They can, but they usually stay around 5. I guess that would still be large for a 46 though. hmmm...What exactly are you looking for color wise? Personality? etc.

not really sure color wise, perferably a nice bright colored fish, as i already have two "darker" colored fish and don't want any more. I know the wrasse that i'm getting is nice and colorful, and still not 100% sure on the midas blenny but it would add a good splash of color to the tank. I'm just trying to see if it's possible to fit an angel in my tank, if not i'm cool with it :D

Regardless all angelfish are semi-aggressive from my understanding besides the Genicanthus. But they will outgrow your tank more then likely. And where as the dwarf angels are caution for reef. :(. You could always do a smaller one of the Genicanthus family, then trade it in when it gets to large. And just because the temperament of a site says something doesnt mean its totally true. The guides are generally a good rule of thumb. Who knows, You may want to upgrade your tank to a larger size in the future and have a nice angel :).

My purple tang is listed as aggressive on most sites but hes one of the biggest babies in my aquarium. He occasionally chases my Blueface Angelfish, But leaves my 3 other tangs alone?
