I'll try to get a pic. I don't think it requires fixing it just needs to stop. For some reason the overflow wall is being pushed upwards

Hope this gets resolved :( I would hate to see something happen to that tank.

I have a few questions for you J. I think I read somewhere that you have dendros and was wondering how they're doing, what kind of flow you have them in and what kind of lighting conditions? Also, is the pink trigger still doing well in there?

I don't have any Dendros. Those are carnation corals right? If so I don't have them.
Pink tail Trigger is doing well. So far so good

Awesome thread dude. Just went through the whole thing.
How do you like your OM-4 long term? Do you just have the 4 returns from it going into the tank, or did you T off on any (if that's possible)? I am thinking of one but haven't been able to find too much info out there on them.

I love my 4-way. I have it Ted off quite a bit.

I had some issues in the beginning. My initial design used the drum with only 1 opening. But the hammerhead pump would seize the drum because it was too strong. So I went with the drum that has 2 openings on opposite ends.
So my flow goes like this.

2 1" outputs on each end are open together.
    then
4 1" spray bars fire from the bottom back and 4 1" from the Top front

Hope you can fix it Jason. I just helped a fellow reefer out in Indianapolis drain a 1000g tank because the top brace had cracked and pulled apart. His tank maker replace the tank for free because it was a special build out of glass.

Hope all goes well on your fix.

I think I have it figured out. I think it's always been like that. I mean the over flow wall lifting the brace. Last week I was doing a ton of work on the tank and likely put a lot of weight on the brace causing it to crack there.

I'm going to shave down the overflow that is under the eurobrace and then patch the crack with a piece of acrylic.

If there is a big problem then that just means there will be a BIGGER tank for the replacement... :p
