OK, I measured the sump chamber and I am feeling more at ease. 6.25" x 13". Not the return pump also has to go there but I talked with Warner Marine and Jon assured me that the 120mm skimmer will fit in a 5.5" x 5.5" area.

On a side note, unfortunately the people that were going to rent out the house to backed out due to family issues so it's back to the drawing board. I amy go ahead and set this up sooner than later.

I got good news, the sump measurement is 6.25" x 13". I know that seems small however the new Warner Marine Skimmer that I was considering has a footprint of 5.5" x 5.5" so I'm good to go there.

I've als got bad news. The people who were going to rent our home had to back out do to family issues. Now it's back to the drawing board there. I may decide to fill this sooner than later.
