funny you should mention that. I mix a jar of 45% carnivore pellets, 45% herbivore pellets, and 10% cyclopeze. I don't feed any of my filter feeding corals otherwise except for once a week, I'll target feed the acans, candy canes, and the scoly, and thats it.

one of the pellets fell onto the yellow polyp bed today and I actually say the polyp grab it and pull it in! weird. I didn't know they ate like that.

and an update, My clam died. Found it upside down deep inside my live rock with nassarius snails all over it. Don't know how long it was down there. Gotta be at least 3 or 4 days. =( Something must have bothered it for it to loose its footing.

hey thanks. It's so hard to get the clams down where they want to be and where it's pleasing to you. I never wanted to epoxy them down but if I do get another one in the future, i'll have to figure something out.

Thank you! I need to trim and frag them soon.

Another sad update, I was lighting the pilot light on my wall heater and saw my goby on the ground =( I've never had a fish jump from my tank. The goby was actually my first fish in this tank and i moved him from my 50 gallon to here. Pretty sad day. It'll be impossible to replace him and his personality. =(

I re organized all my pictures in photobucket and screwed up all the links! I'll fix them when I get around to it. In the meantime, I have some update pics! A thread is worthless without pics...

Clowns with the rock and hairy mushroom that hosts them. They have a bunch of fertilized eggs on the rock and flip every crab and snail that happens to wander there by accident.
