i had to gut my eclipse three.. it is only there to hold my lighting until i finally Purchase a fixture that is Coral worthy.

one problem i ran into is my skimmer sits way too high hanging over my fuge so i had to run it inside the DT for now.. from the pictures could i raise the water level of my fuge? or would it not be smart going higher than the second baffle(enterance to fuge)?

also this Eshopps overflow is SOoo loud, it doesnt have a foam cone like i see in the pictures on thier website(i bought it used) maybe thats why?

do you like your prizm skimmer? i have one as well on my 24 gallon and I couldnt be happier with it, some people give it bad reviews saying its too loud and has to be adjusted all the time and I have none of these probelms

Honestly I don't have one complaint about it until now just having trouble getting it to work in my sump.. Other then that it has been great, I get a ton of skimmate out of it, it was loud at the beginning but has settled down to quite purr, and I've had to adjust it a minimal amount with very little microbubbles.

After the tank cleared up from starting the new Fuge.

put few pieces of LR into my fuge and re-auqascaped since i dont have that bulky eclipse 3 intake anymore.

i have yet to figure out how to get my skimmer working inside of my sump, the walls are just too dang high on an Eshopps 20g fuge, i could extend the intake with tubing but then the outlet would splash 4 inchs down into the sump.
