Some updates:

huge diatoms outbreak on the rocks. time for clean up crew?
got the RO/DI unit up and running. Works like a charm.
So i did a 20% water change
and guess what i found in my overflow??? look at the picture 2 orange clowns. I thought the first disappeared when he has just jumped into the overflow and lived there for 2 and a half weeks.
Is this going to be be a problem with 3 clowns? do i need to trade one back in??

 

Do you see any conflict between the three clowns? And what is the new add?? Pics please!

For now the clowns are getting along. its the both orange ones who go after each other every now and again(competing to pair with the black one). i will get rid of one soon, once i find a good home for him.

 

Holy cow thats alot of crabs and snails! Hopefully the make a quick meal of your diatoms

 

John gave you crabs. lol. I need to get a cuc from him for my 29g still.

The tank looks nice; I really like the 3 clowns. It's a shame you can't keep all three, but I can see that being a problem as they are all of the same body shape.

 

they may not move too much for the first couple days but they will be everywhere soon. I always dump mine right in front of the tank and the ones that haven't moved out of the pile in a week get fished out. Reef cleaners is an awesome place to order from. Order 25 snails get a couple 100 or so (ceriths at least).

 

They started to spread out and clump together. John hooked it up and also threw in some macro algae for me!

Insane: Where did you get that purple tang? whats your tank size and stocking list?
