    Looking great, nice scores

Dosing you will need to get test kits for Alkalinity, Calcium and Magnesium.

You want the alk between 7 and 12 dKH, Ca between 380 and 450 ppm and Mg between 1250 and 1350 ppm.

You need to measure and record the params 3 days apart. Subtract day 3's number from day 1's number and then divide by 3. This is your daily usage. You then add the amount of solution that equals your usage every day.

Exactly: Thanks! I got everything for $140. Wasn't really trying to dive into SPS yet, but the guy was just giving me stuff, local reefer was moving and tearing down the tank. really nice guy.

2in10: Salifert test kits seem to be out of stock everywhere and BRS said it could be months before they get more kits in. any suggestions on other kits?

What kinds of dosing solution should i get BRS has a there own brand, i have also heard good things about ESV B-Ionic 2 Part. What are your thoughts and suggestions?

    Thanks again!

Ive been using BRS 2 parts and Coralife salt. The salt seem to contain plenty Ca and Mag for my tank with little corals, and the parameters are stable. I manually dose Alk every few days for now. The rocks are getting really purple!

And $140!!!?? I hate you. I shouldntve asked.
