    Do you think you can take pics of the coralline on the back wall? (Its great for comparing purpose later on as well :) ) Did you add any live rock from LFS or something to seed the Pukanis? Glad coralline's poping up in yours as well!

    Well this was the best i could do. not great.

    Yea i seeded the rock with some from my LFS and some came on the corals i got.

    But i did notice the little star fish. Is that what it is?

    Thanks for the pics, JB! Is the coralline kind of purple? Was the seeding rock mainly purple as well?
    Sure it has a star shape! Does it move?

    Yep. I got it running about a 1.25 cups. T-ed it off of the return pump. The flow doesn't look as good as yours, so i may do the mod.

    Cool! But, the pellets will become heavy, be prepared :) How much flow do you think you have for the reactor? Do you think you can give it more flow if you have to? Because you might need it later.

    yea i can give it more flow. it is dialed back. I may still do your mod any how to be able to add more BPs.

    Its good that you can add more flow. Just keep an eye on the tumble. Mine needs more flow real soon (since I dont want to take the pellets out). I think the BPs start to kick in sooner than you think. Im seeing less algae on the glass, the cyano is almost gone, not to mention purple coralline popping up, it's been only 15 days.
