I personally like just like the "geometry" of a 90G...its nice and "balanced"....
    ,,,matter of fact
A LFS near me has a 100G overflow with pine stand (60" aspect), along with rudimentary lights & OF kit for $460....

and another LFS is selling me a 90G for about $800...

as broke as I am right now i still chose the 90G over the 100G ...even if the deeper dimensions means les efficiency

^I know exactly what you mean!
I found mine on the Craigs list after a few months wait, for $150 with the stand. Just keep looking and good luck. :)

Glad to see an fellow Clevelander ( I live in Cincy now).

As far as my lighting choice you can see it in the thread on page 6. I went with the AquaticLife 6-bulb. I also looked at the Tek 6X54 also a great fixture (so I have read). I decided to go with the Aquaticlife because it has a built in timer, one power cord (both help keep things cleaner underneath the tank and the timer is handy for when I am out of town), and comes with legs to mount on the aquarium. The AquaticLife has individual reflectors like the Tek. The Tek will end up costing you more money in initial start-up costs (blubs/mounting equipment. The only thing I have read negatively about the AquaticLife is the stock bulbs are not very good and should be replaced ASAP.

As far as my Skimmer goes I also was considering the Reef Octopus 150 but ended up going with the SWC Extreme 160. Read good things about both. As Exactlyobp about the SWC 160 as his in in operation now (still waiting to break mine in).
As far as a wish list don’t have one yet, but will be going with 2 clowns 1 orange and 1 black and a diamond goby. Other than that I am not sure. It will be a mixed coral tank.
If you haven’t bought your tank yet I would look into craigslist or a local Cleveland forum in their for sale section, I am sure at least one exists.

Any other questions feel free to ask.

C-bus: not sure. but i would try aquarium adventure, but never been

cincy: aquatics and exotics (this is a really cool store as they have a huge shark tank and some other cool stuff. but thier saltwater stuff isnt that great.

    monfort aquarium: decent place

Just about fish: ok place nothing great

reef pets: a local reefersstared this place, pretty cool but i would call to find out the correct hours they are open

out of all these stores my fav is gerbers, but its a 45 min drive for me.

Well my Nitrites have spiked and my nitrates are on the way up! I am hoping to be close to the end of the cycle and can't wait to get my first fish in there.

Beautiful cat. What breed? But that does look like it could pose some future issues.
