Jebao Users....WP or RW?

Getting ready to upgrade my current power heads to wave makers. What would you recommend, the WP or RW series Jebao pumps? Been reading some of the issues with the RW line and just wondering if it is worth the headache. As far as the communication issues goes, has there been any fixes for this?

 

I have WP 40's- no problems- I did my own mode and cut out every other fin on the casing- better flow and the detritus doesn't build up now. RW's weren't out yet.
Many local reefers have the RW's, different sizes- hadn't heard of any issues.

What are the issues in a nutshell? I say go with the RW.

 

Heard there were communication issues where the pumps would stop talking to each other. Then they would go into some random mode.

 

If a headache is what you are trying to avoid I would say neither.

 

I have the WP 10 and love it! No complaints so far

 

I have wp40. I love it it as well.

 

I have no complaints with my wp25s in regards to performance.

 

Ended up pulling the trigger on two RW-4's. Talked to Logan from Reefbreeders and it sounds like Jebao has corrected the communication issue.
