JEBO 180 Hangon Skimmer Tuning

Hi Friends,

I have purchased a Jebo 180 hang-on skimmer and its been 4 weeks that I am breaking my head to make the skimmer work by adjusting the air-valve..
I would appreciate if some of the friends here can guide me on how to fine-tune/adjust the skimmer/water level.

Also, it would be great if have some pictures of a working Jebo 180 skimmer.

its all aout tuning and have waste to produce foam but i get the bubbles rite below the collection cup sometimes higher but just play with it its the best way to learn because then you'll be able to fine tune it i know my skimmer now like my rite hand

 

Thanks...Can I have a picture or diagram of the water level to help me tune this.

 

Adjust it so the water level is at the base of the cone in the cup,be careful they can run over, washing the cup and readjusting every week helps.id show you a picture but i have modified mine to use in my sump.

 

Thanks again....If I keep the water level at the base of the cone in the cup, then the air inside the chamber is drastically reduced (very less bubbles). Is this fine?

Any idea, how long does it take to start skimming...I have set the level as advised...I have only two fishes in the tank with some live rocks
