I was wondering what everyone's opinion or experience was regarding jellies. After I get moved into my new full-time job this summer after I graduate, I was looking into getting one of these tanks from Jellyfish Art:

    Desktop Starter Tank

I've been reading up on them for awhile and now all about their specific flow requirements. I'm just curious if anyone on here has had experience raising jellies, specifically the moon jellies like this site has.

Those tanks probably work ok but not ideal for jellies. Moon jellies are some of the easier ones to keep.if your not in a rush I've herd some news from a local guy that he's going to start selling modified tanks and species specific tanks( jellies, octopus ....ect) pm me if your interested and ill get you more information.

dont get a jelly tank that isnt round! thats all i have to say, they die if they hit the glass too many times so the round ones with a custom flow design is what you want

Yeah, I'm fully aware of the round requirements. This company does specialty jelly tanks, all of which are rounded with specific flow patterns.

I have always wanted to do jellies, however the tanks are so very expensive. Would be interested in following your thread to see if you get this.

Then why is that tank that you linked to not round?

Also there is a website that specializes in jellyfish tanks, they have complete kits with really nice designs plus they give you free jellyfish after you the everything setup. I can't remember it's name, will need to do some searching.
