Jellyfish? Weird... Things...

    Do you have any shrimp in your tank? Every month or so my cleaner shrimp have babies and they look almost exactly like that.

    I have 1 pepermint shrimp that I have had for almost 3 months. Maybe some weird pod... I was really stumped because they really do look like tiny Jellyfish.

    Ah well... Bed time lol.

    There's a type of hydroid that looks like a jellyfish and swims like a jellyfish.

    Mostly harmless.

    I think they are some kind of hydrozoa. I don't have anything for them to hurt really but I don't know how safe they are and its probably impossible to tell which species they are since there are so many. That video is a small section of the surface of my 10g.

    That's right, I keep trying to figure out my own IDs even after I post them lol.

    With more living animals in the ocean then on land there is always something to ID.

    Those look like Trigger pods to me!

    If you shoot real close with your phone for some stupid reason they come out sideways. My iPhone does the same thing :(
