    You will be very unhappy if you build that version. There is a reason that for 30 years people said scrubbers were bulky, noisy, splashy, and that they yellowed the water. You will get all that with a dumping-bucket version.

    Use the modern version that was discovered in August 2008; it has solved every problem:

    ...except use "plastic canvas" for the screen, and rough it up with a hole saw:
