Don't worry once your tank matures the algae battles will be a thing of the past.

lol i'm wanting corals now because i may be at the house only 1 or 2 years max, and will be moving out of state, but probably taking the tank and equipment with me and selling the livestock. So i'm hoping to get corals really soon because i want to watch them grow and get some experience with easy stuff now, that way when i get the tank set back up again i can go right to lps and sps :)

Oh, I see. I'm a Junior in High school and I won't be leaving home until I finish grad school so I'll be here at home for another 6-8 years which is PLENTY of time for my frags to become colonies;D

Nice frag. Where do you shop normally?

I got some nice SPS frags from Extreme Reef. Just make sure to dip them very well. Lots of bugs.

Hey, that green acro I got a couple weeks ago from Marine extremes in Wichita. That was actually my first time there and I think I will go there for now on. His display tanks are beautiful.

I would agree that his displays are top notch. Probably the best SPS tanks I have seen in person. I just wish he would frag some of his corals. There are a couple in the front tank I would gladly give my paycheck for.

I agree. Actually my green acro frag was cut from a colony in that front tank. That frag only cost $10 too.

Very nice. I was wanting a frag of the pencil thin acro. Almost pure white with the violet tips. It is the nicest acro I have ever come across. He wouldn't let me have one:-[
