That makes sense. It is unfortunate that it happens this way when companies change hands.

I used to use Joe's Juice until I found that making kalk paste like idunn mentioned works just as well. I use saltwater instead of fresh to mix it. Luckily I haven't had an aiptasia in a good 3-4 years, so I haven't needed it for awhile. If only it worked on valonia......

Thanks for all the information guys. I actually found some at SaltySupply.com. They had all the other supplies I needed as well - so it worked out great!

I'm excited to get these aiptasia outta there!

I make my own... good stuffs...

take a tbsp of pickling lime and mix with it enough water to make a creamy paste list toothpaste. then add to that 1/4 tsp of red pepper, and some drops of hot sauce like Texas Pete or Louisiana hot sauce (YUM!!!). stir it up and microwave till bubbly hot. take out and if needed add just a little bit of water to keep it like toothpaste. spoon into a syringe and then squirt a drop in their mouths. they will melt away never to return. works great on Aptasia and even other nusiance corals like green star polyps and pavona. it will kill most anything you put it on and is 100% reef safe! and is SUPER CHEAP!!!!

Thanks for the info inwall! Good to know it's coming back into supplies. Hopefully I won't need to buy any more!
