    So I ordered a small CuC and some mangroves from John a couple weeks ago.

    He was nice enough to wait until I had returned from vacation to send it originally. Turns out, USPS lost the package and it never showed up so without even thinking twice he sent me a replacement... No hassle!

    Well I finally got it today and look at all these guys!! John is the man! This is definitely more than I anticipated ;-)

    Reefcleaners is the place to go!

    I'm going to second this...as I too just received my custom CuC's for both tanks. Everything arrived alive, all snails/crabs accounted for, and I'm sure more than the number discussed. A breeze to deal with as well.

    Just received my order as well. Everything looked great except for one macro(a very sensitive one). He refunded my money no questions asked.     I was very impressed with my CUC as well as reefcleaners service. I use reefcleaners clean reef meaty mix food and really like it.

    What is the out side temperature? I am planning on ordering some but afraid thatit mightbe too cold. Mt temp range from 20-50 degree.

    I just received a large order yesterday of over 2000 snails. It was in the mid 20s in jersey yesterday. All snails survived.
