Thanks, just fish waste usually, I have a frozen mix I try to feed once a week and I add vitamins to it.

I bought about 3lbs total of mysis, baby krill, cyclops and H2O life pro variety mix for small fish.

 

3lb of frozen food!? Nice! Do you grind them all together to make them small enough? How do you prepare it?
