OK... finally done for the night. Had to hurry and get it done. I am leaving for the weekend and needed this thing up and running.

Took my time on the wiring and tried to get it perfect. I didn't want to have to do anything else on the inside of the hood later.

It is frigging bright! Sad part is, the pic of the lights on is just the VHO and T5.

I have to say, I am pretty happy with my design. Access to the tank is very easy. Hopefully, changing bulbs will not be too bad.

Now all I need to do is trim it out, and do something to the outside.... have not even come close to figuring out what stain I want yet. I want something nice, but hopefully not clash with my crappy stand.

    Enough rambling.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Those are very bright, hurt my eyes looking at the picture. And that is without the MH ?

The wiring looks very clean and neat.

OK... couldn't help myself. To give a size reference... the acro in the middle is 6" wide.

Please ignore the millie. Didn't run carbon for 4 days and this is what you get. Stupid leathers.

Thanks guys... I am really happy with the canopy.

Today, I drilled and plumbed for my chemical filtration, and drilled and installed for my new fans. I got a good deal on a pair of IceCap variable speed fans. They are much quieter than my last pair. Will see how well they cool tomorrow.

    pickupman66.....

Honestly, I have not had time to even hook it up yet. Between my military duties, OT at work, and the death of a dear friend, it just hasn't happened. Hopefully, next week I will get it hooked up. I did get it modified already though. Drilled and fitted it for a PH probe. Also changed out some of the fittings to match the plumbing I wanted to use. Luckily, or unluckily, I have a destroyed MRC dual reactor to rob parts off of.
